How to Play:
2-7 Single Draw

Aliases: Deuce to Seven Single Draw or Kansas City Lowball

Description:

1. Game Objective

In Deuce to Seven Single Draw Poker, the objective is to make the lowest possible hand. The best hand is 2-3-4-5-7, with no straights or flushes. Aces are always high, and straights and flushes count against you.

2. Game Structure

The game is typically played with a pot-limit or no-limit betting structure. Each player is dealt five cards face down. There is one round of drawing where players can discard and replace cards in an attempt to improve their hands, followed by a final round of betting.

3. Betting Rounds

There are two betting rounds: one before the draw and one after the draw. The betting starts with the player to the left of the dealer and proceeds clockwise.

4. Drawing Round

In the draw round, players can choose to discard any number of cards from their hand and receive the same number of new cards from the deck. Players may also choose to "stand pat" (not draw any new cards) if they are satisfied with their hand.

5. Showdown

After the draw and the final betting round, the remaining players reveal their hands. The player with the lowest hand wins the pot. If there is a tie, the pot is split among the winners.
